A waiting list has been formed as our program's maximum capacity has been reached.
*As of September 2024, our centre will only offer five-day-per-week programs. We will no longer offer part-time spots.

Our VKA Waiting List policy and procedures are administered in a transparent manner. It supports the availability of information about the waiting list for prospective parents/guardians in a way that maintains the privacy and confidentiality of children.
Viva Kids Academy will strive to accommodate all requests for the registration of a child at the childcare centre.
Where a program's maximum capacity has been reached and spaces are unavailable for new children to be enroled, the waitlist policy and procedures will be followed.
Viva Kids Academy maintains a current and up-to-date waitlist. This waitlist is used when filling available childcare spots at our centre.
Parents/guardians will need to complete the online waiting list form.
Viva Kids Academy does not charge or collect a fee or deposit for placing a child on our waitlist for admission to our childcare centre.
Priority is given to:
Children who are currently enrolled and need to move to the next age grouping or increase days per week;
Siblings of children currently enrolled at Viva Kids Academy;
First come, first serve basis, according to the date when you registered your name on the waitlist;
When a specific start date and program room availability match an opening for a childcare spot.
A child’s name will remain on the waitlist for 18 months after submission. After this date, parents/guardians must email the centre to confirm they would like to stay on the waitlist, or it will be removed automatically.
